Born 28 October 1966 in the Khatlon Region of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Graduated with a degree from the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Kulob State Institute of Education in 1993.
1993: Teacher at Secondary School No. 17 in the Khatlon Region of Tajikistan;
1995: Worked as national security officer in Tajikistan;
2010: First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Customs, Festivals and Traditions, Government of Tajikistan;
2017: Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure;
2019: Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure.
Military rank: Colonel.
Married, with five children.
