The event will be held ahead of the SCO Heads of State Council, scheduled to take place on 10 November. During the news conference, Bakhtier Khakimov will sum up the results of the Russian Presidency in the SCO, and will outline the main topics to be discussed at the upcoming SCO Summit. He will also answer questions from the media.
