On 27 November 2019, the Secretariat of the SCO Business Council with support from the Russian Foreign Ministry held the 8th SCO Moscow Business Dialogue Forum in Moscow.
The participants focused on strengthening cooperation between representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, promoting project cooperation including within the implementation of the SCO Development Strategy until 2025, and deepening business ties with SCO observer countries and dialogue partners.
Thematic sessions on cooperation in healthcare, tourism, sports, culture, investment in high technology, online trade and logistics were held at the forum.
The business dialogue helped increase the potential of the SCO business community and specialised cooperation between multilateral business organisations.
